Two Rivers Travel ensures coach holidays and day trips continue from Reading in 2009
Two Rivers Travel would like to assure local people, concerned at Goldline's announcement of its withdrawal from coach operations, that day trips and holidays by coach will continue to run from Reading in 2009.
Two Rivers Travel already operates its own trips from Reading and will offer a comprehensive programme for 2009.
Two Rivers Travel directors Trevor Adams and Richard Zarywacz, both experienced drivers with a passion for travel and looking after their customers, launched the company in 2008. Both had previously driven for Goldline.
"It had been obvious for some time that Goldline would pull out of coaching," says Trevor Adams, "and we felt strongly that the Reading market for high quality coach trips and holidays could be better served by a specialist operator."
"We also work very closely with Good Connections; a leading travel tour operator. Their long association with Goldline ended earlier this year when they moved to Two Rivers Travel for their Reading-based tours and day trips."
Responding to the announcement that Stewarts of Mortimer would take on the Private Hire operations from Goldline Richard Zarywacz added, "We are delighted that Stewarts have been chosen to take on this part of the Goldline operation. Goldline's Private Hire customers couldn't be in better hands."
"Our message to day trip and holiday customers is: don't worry. If they call or visit our website, we'll send them our 2008 brochure now and our 2009 brochure as soon as it's published."
