Coach trips in the sunshine with Two Rivers Travel
Posted on June 23rd, 2009 in Coach Trips, Days Out.
Here’s two sunny snapshots taken from our recent Garden of England short break in association with Good Connections. These photos were taken at Chatham Historic Dockyard and the Museum of Kent Life. The five-day holiday also included visits to Dickens World and the Bluebell Railway.

We also had our camera to hand on our Day Out from Reading, Berkshire to the Isle of Wight, where we caught a glimpse of the famous Round the Island Race.

Watch out for the new Two Rivers Travel brochure coming soon, with details of our Days Out for the rest of 2009 and early 2010.
Two Rivers Travel visits historic Western Front battlefields
Posted on June 4th, 2009 in Coach Trips.
Two Rivers Travel has recently undertaken a private tour from Reading, Berkshire to the preserved battlefields and world war memorials of Belgium and France.
This included a moving visit to the Menin Gate in Ypres for the daily ceremony of the sounding of the Last Post.
Here are photos of the Menin Gate, the Vimy Ridge Memorial and the Two Rivers Travel coach at Ypres.

Remember that more public trips are planned for later in the year as well as 2010, and full details for our holiday from Reading, Berkshire to Bruges and The Floralies in Ghent (starting 16 April 2010) will be published soon.
