 The departure time printed on your ticket is when the coach leaves, so make sure you are at your pick-up point 10 minutes before then. We don’t want you to miss your Day Out!
When our coach arrives to pick you up, the driver will greet you and make sure you get on board safely. You will be advised about safety equipment, the coach and its layout, and about all arrangements for your Day Out.
The driver will also show you where and when you will be picked up for the journey back to your boarding point and give you any show or event tickets.
We want you to enjoy your Days Out with us to the full. If you have any questions, your driver will be happy to help when not driving the coach.
If you are on a guided tour, we will ask you to switch off your mobile phones and personal music players so that the commentary can be heard by everyone.

Select your pick-up point
We offer two pick-up routes through Reading: East or West, depending on the destination. Some Days Out pick up from Central Reading, Caversham, Earley, Woodley, Winnersh and Wokingham. For full details of our pick-up routes download our latest Days Out brochure (PDF).
When you book your Day Out trip, tell us at which point you want us to pick you up.
When you receive your ticket, please check it to ensure that all booking and pick-up details are correct. Call us immediately if they are not!
If you need to change your pick-up point, tell us at least one working day before the trip. The coach only stops where customers have booked.
Give yourself plenty of time to reach your pick-up point. The coach leaves at the time printed on your ticket, so aim to get there 10 minutes beforehand. We don’t want you to miss your Day Out!
